WELCOME TO PAISLEY COLOUR PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB
Our club, one of the leading photographic clubs in Scotland, has an active, friendly, inclusive membership which caters for all abilities from novice to very advanced photographers. Given the difficult times in which we currently live we are making strenuous efforts to maintain as wide a range of club activities as possible to maintain the club’s normal activities. New members and visitors are always welcome.
During the current restrictions imposed upon us all due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are not able to meet in our normal venue of “The McMaster Centre” in Renfrew. For the time being we meet on Thursday evenings using the Zoom online based conferencing platform to maintain our programme of presentations on a wide range of subjects and also our programme of competitions with feedback on all images being given. We intend to have club outings once the Covid -19 restrictions permit.
Our current programme is available under the “Programme” tab of the website - some adjustments to our previously planned programme have had to be made due to the current restrictions and uncertainty.
Visitors and new members are welcome to our club on any of the evenings advertised in our programme - if you do join us, please introduce yourself as it is easy to miss someone joining one of the Zoom club meetings.
In the meantime, please take some time to browse the images in the members’ portfolios and galleries on the website.
The club meets on Thursday evenings, 7:30pm until 10:00pm, from early September to the end of April.
The usual meeting venue is the William McMaster Community Centre, Donaldson Drive, Renfrew PA4 8LX.
